What’s your shipping policy?

All Love Lorn Lingerie products are hand made for you when you order. This means your order will take between 2-4 weeks to be completed, depending on the complexity and number of items ordered.

Orders ship via USPS First-Class or Priority mail. Delivery generally take between 3-5 days for domestic and 2+ weeks for international shipping. International orders may incur additional fees at customs: these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like your products fast-tracked, you can select alternative shipping methods at checkout.

All orders over $25.00 will be insured. If your items were damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. Please keep the original packaging and we will work with the insurance claims.

How are your products packaged?

Orders are discreetly packaged in white poly bags or brown boxes with no distinguishing marks or logos. You can comfortably ship to any address without concern.

Do you accept custom designs or customizations of current products?

I certainly do! Contact us with your ideas, customizations and requests. I’m here to make you feel beautiful, sexy and powerful, at no extra cost.

Do you make all the products listed?
Yes! All our products are made individually, as they are ordered. They’re made in the USA, by me, Jessica! — no one else. So you can rest assured your purchase is local, ethical and not outsourced.
I have a nickel allergy. Do your products contain nickel?

Yes, some of these products do use nickel. I am currently sourcing new metal products that do not contain nickel, and until then I am very happy to work with you to make sure your order is nickel-free. You can read more about Love Lorn Lingerie’s materials and products here.

What sizes are your products?

You can find all information on sizing here, and if you’re still unsure, or you’re between sizes, contact me for any more information. It’s easy for me to make sure your body harness or accessories fit you perfectly, so you’ll always feel confident ordering from this shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order through Paypal, or with a credit/debit card. You don’t need an account with Paypal for them to process your payment. We are SSL secured, so we never see or store your credit card details.PayPal-logo

Please note that if you pay through a Paypal E-check, it may take 5-7 days to clear. Orders will not be begun until payment clears.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of ordering. After 2 days, orders can not be cancelled. If you’d like to change your order within those 2 days, contact us.

What’s your refund policy?

You can contact us within 3 days of receiving your items. All items must be in original condition, unworn and with no marks or scratches or scents. Please note Custom Sized pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Items such as body harnesses, shoulder harnesses, collars, cuffs and other accessories may be returned, but we do not accept returns of lingerie items (panties). If your product was custom sized, such as a body harness, it may not be possible for us to refund it.

Refunds will be the full price of the item, minus shipping. Returned postage is at the buyer’s expense.

All refunds must be made within 15 calendar days of your purchase. Any returns after the 15 days but within 30 calendar days will be for store credit only. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.

Discounted or on sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund.

Can I return damaged or incorrectly fitting items?

Please contact me for any information on damaged items. If anything doesn’t fit perfectly, you are welcome to send it back to get it resized or adjusted. I’m happy to work with you to resolve any issues, whether it’s with sizing or product defects. 

What’s your privacy policy?

I will never sell, share or disclose your information to any third party. My priority is creating a safe, positive shopping experience with satisfied customers.

Do you have a storefront?

Unfortunately at the moment I don’t have an official storefront; however, I do offer shopping appointments at my new studio at 300 Observer Highway in Hoboken, NJ. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the Hoboken Path Train station. Please contact me to set up an appointment to purchase or pick up items!
